With a global presence across 16 diverse brands and nearly 6,000 properties in 100 countries, IHG Hotels Resorts is now keenly focused on enhancing its engagement with guests, hotel owners, colleagues, future talent, and promoting the breadth of its portfolio more effectively. The rebranding effort encompasses several strategic elements:
Renaming: IHG Hotels Resorts has introduced Hotels Resorts to its trade name to emphasize the diversity and quality of experiences offered by its 16 brands.
Visual Brand Identity Overhaul: The company has refreshed its visual branding with a modern twist, appealing particularly to younger demographics while also targeting hotel owners, colleagues, and future talent worldwide. This includes new colors, photography, font styles, and design aesthetics med at more engagingly showcasing brand and hotel experiences.
The Hotels Resorts descriptor has been added to IHG's trade name to highlight the full scope of its portfolio.
